Where do we deliver?

We deliver to most countries within the European Union. During checkout, you can select your country.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on the country or region and the weight of your order. The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout once you enter your address details.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping above a certain order amount. This threshold varies by country and ranges between €50 and €150. In many cases, it is therefore practical to order a maintenance bundle. Bundles combine the right products and often offer a price advantage.

When will my order be shipped?

If you place your order on a working day before 23:55, we aim to ship it the same day or during the night. In some cases this may not be possible, for example if a product is temporarily out of stock. In that case, delivery may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

Within the EU, you can usually expect your package within 1 to 4 working days, delivered to your home or a pickup point.

Tracking

Yes, you will always receive a tracking code. As soon as your package has been collected by the delivery service, we will send you the tracking details by email. This allows you to follow your order until delivery.

Payment and processing

Most payments are processed automatically and immediately. If you choose bank transfer, processing may take a few days, especially for international payments. We will process your order once the payment has been received.
